This Privacy Policy describes how GROZINGER PARTNER S.A. collects, uses, protects and processes your personal data when you use our website https://www.grozinger-partner.com.
We are committed to strictly complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the legislation applicable in Luxembourg.
This policy complements our Legal Notices and our Cookie Policy.
We may collect the following categories of data:
Contact form: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and message, together with the date of submission and your truncated IP address (the last segment of the address is removed before anything is stored).
Technical data: for security purposes, the server logs record the IP address, the date and time of connection, the pages requested and the browser type. The site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools (see our Cookie Policy). No sensitive data is collected via the site.
Your data may be processed for the following purposes: to respond to your requests, questions or messages sent via the site; to arrange a contact, an appointment or a legal consultation; to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site; to comply with our legal and ethical obligations.
We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Your data is passed on only to the members of the Grozinger Partner firm responsible for handling your request; to our technical service providers, acting as processors and contractually bound to confidentiality: Infomaniak Network SA (website hosting, Geneva, Switzerland), Sendinblue SAS – Brevo (delivery of contact-form e-mails, Paris, France) and our website maintenance provider; to the competent authorities in the event of a legal obligation or regulatory request.
We never resell your data.
The site is hosted in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection of personal data (adequacy decision). Contact-form e-mails are delivered from within the European Union. If you choose to display the Google Maps map, Google may process certain data (in particular your IP address) outside the European Union, under the safeguards described in its own privacy policy.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued: contact form, 12 months maximum after the last interaction, the history stored by the site being purged automatically beyond that period; server technical logs, 6 months maximum. The site sets no cookies.
Data linked to a subsequent contractual or legal relationship will be retained in accordance with the legal and ethical requirements of the legal profession.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: secure hosting, restricted access and strengthened authentication, HTTPS and encryption of exchanges, backups and technical supervision.
As no system is perfectly secure, we undertake to notify any data breach in accordance with the GDPR.
